Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. We ship from the UK using tracked delivery — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK Standard: 2–4 business days
Tracked delivery is included in the price — there are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Because every order is made to your personal specification, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your text, font, size, and colour before placing your order.
We will always put things right if:
- Your letters arrive damaged
- We made an error with your order (wrong text, size, or colour)
If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@3d-letters.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.
Lost or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement if needed.
