We dispatch within 3 business days of your order. Tracked delivery is included — you'll get a tracking number once your order ships. Most UK customers receive their letters within 5–6 business days total.

We sort it. If your letters arrive damaged or we've made a mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint and reship at no cost. Because every order is made to your specification, we can't accept returns for change of mind — so double-check your text before ordering.
